About MAJESTRA
Built on a belief that buildings should outlive their builders.
Our story
Three roots.
One name.
MAJESTRA is a coined name with three roots. Majesty: grandeur, prestige and distinction. Mastery: excellence, expertise and craftsmanship. Astra: aspiration, the pull to reach higher. Together they describe the art of creating extraordinary spaces and building lasting legacies.
We build for the long view. Apartments, villas, plotted developments and commercial spaces that are planned with care, engineered without compromise and finished to a standard most people only see in brochures. We would rather deliver one landmark than ten forgettable buildings.
For us, construction is more than building structures. It is about creating homes, nurturing communities and building a better tomorrow.
Majesty in Vision.
Mastery in Execution.
What we stand for
Values we hire for,
build by and answer to.
Integrity before income
We would rather lose a sale than make a promise we cannot keep.
Design that serves life
Beauty matters, but light, ventilation and a sensible plan matter first.
Engineering without shortcuts
Concrete, steel and waterproofing are not where anyone should save money.
Communities, not just buildings
Good developments make the neighbourhood around them better.
Leadership
Led by a founder who
still walks the site.
MAJESTRA is founded and led by Vikash, whose conviction is simple: the details nobody sees are the ones that decide whether a building lasts.
